LIA asks five questions about your business, then proposes each change: the AI agent, inboxes, labels, templates. You approve or reject every one, and a change history keeps the record.
Your number, the official API
HellouOne runs on the WhatsApp Business API and you keep your own number. Meta’s per-message fees are paid directly to Meta, with 0% markup from us.
Seven days, no card
The trial includes 2 agents, 2 inboxes and 100 conversations. When it ends the account turns read-only, nothing is deleted, and plans start at $49 a month.

Questions about getting started
Do I need a developer to set up HellouOne?
No. LIA, the setup assistant inside HellouOne, asks about your business and proposes your AI agent, inboxes, labels and templates; you approve each one. Connecting WhatsApp is a guided step. Developers can go further with the public API, SDK and webhooks, documented at https://one.hellou.ai/docs/.
Can I keep my WhatsApp number?
Yes. HellouOne connects to the official WhatsApp Business API with your own business number, so customers keep writing to the number they already know. Meta’s per-message fees are billed to you directly by Meta, and HellouOne adds 0% markup on them.
What happens when the 7-day trial ends?
Your account becomes read-only. Nothing is deleted: conversations, contacts and your AI agent stay where they are. Pick a plan, starting at $49 a month on Starter, and everything is active again. The trial needs no card, so nothing is charged unless you choose a plan.
Does LIA change my account without asking?
No. LIA proposes every change (an AI agent, an inbox, a label, a WhatsApp template) and nothing applies until you approve it. Each proposal and decision is saved in a change history, so you can always see what was set up, when and by whom.
