If you go over your plan

Alerts at 80% and 100%: We email you and show it in the admin panel before your minutes run out.
Additional minutes: Calls keep working. Each additional minute is billed per second at your plan’s additional-minute rate.
Spending cap: By default, additional use is capped at 50% of the plan’s minutes (1,150 extra minutes on 2.3K); you can adjust it. At the cap, inbound calls go to your team and outbound campaigns pause.

Terms

Billable minute. Billed per second from the moment the call is answered. Minutes in voicemail and in transfers also count.
Rollover minutes. On the 5K, 10K and 20K plans, up to 25% of the plan minutes you don’t use carry over to the next month. They are used after that month’s minutes and then expire. They have no cash value and are lost if you cancel or move to a smaller plan.
Simultaneous calls. Each plan has a maximum number of calls at the same time (5, 10, 20 or 30). The limit also applies to rollover minutes.
Billing additional minutes. They are added to your monthly invoice and charged to the card on file. Without a card, you can buy prepaid minute packs.
Changing plans. If you go over your plan two months in a row, we recommend the plan that best fits your usage.
Responsible use. The agent introduces itself as a virtual assistant at the start of every call. Outbound campaigns require the consents the law demands.

Prices in US dollars (USD), before taxes. Effective October 2026. Included minutes you don’t use expire at the end of each month, except the rollover minutes described above. The scope of the included setup and the service terms are set out in the commercial proposal and the contract. Prices subject to change without notice.

Pricing questions

Do I keep my WhatsApp number?

Yes. HellouOne connects your existing number through the WhatsApp Business API; nothing changes for customers who already have it saved. If you use the WhatsApp Business app today, the number moves to the API during setup.

What is the 0% Meta markup?

Meta charges its own WhatsApp Business API fees: template messages by country and category, and, since October 1, 2026, free-form replies per message after the first 1,000 a month per number. You pay those straight to Meta from your own account; HellouOne adds nothing on top. The plan price is the whole platform cost.

What does the free trial include?

Seven days, no card: 2 human agents, 2 inboxes, 100 conversations, 20 LIA messages per day, AI agents, automations, reports and teams. Website and email channels and the guided tours are on too.

What happens when the trial ends?

The account goes read-only. Conversations, contacts and settings stay readable and nothing is deleted; pick a plan whenever you are ready and it picks up where it left off.

What counts as an AI message, and what if I go over?

Only messages sent by the AI agent count toward the bundle; messages from your human agents are never billed. Overage is $30 per extra 1,000 AI messages ($25 on Enterprise-family plans), and we alert you at 80% of the bundle.

What is the "Without AI" mode?

The same inbox, channels and team features without the AI agent, the AI message bundle and the LIA allowance, at a lower price (Starter $24, Team $165, Growth $465, Scale $665). You can switch AI on later from the plan page.

How much do AI voice agents cost?

AI voice agents have their own plans, priced by minutes: Hellou 2.3K at USD 499/mo (2,300 minutes), 5K at USD 999, 10K at USD 1,799 and 20K at USD 2,999 (20,000 minutes). AI, voice and telephony in Colombia are included, setup is included and billing is per second. See the voice plans.

Are there setup fees or contracts?

Team has a one-time $100 setup fee and Growth $200; Starter has none and Scale plans include setup. Billing is monthly in USD with no lock-in; you can cancel from the account at any time.
