Facebook Lead Ads now flow straight into your HellouOne contact list

HellouOne's new Facebook Marketing module turns every Facebook Lead Ads submission into a labelled, deduplicated contact, with hourly reconciliation, a daily form sync and a dashboard LIA can read. Rolling out on Growth and above.

If you run Facebook lead campaigns in Latin America, you know the routine. A lead fills in a form on Facebook, the notification lands somewhere, somebody exports a CSV at the end of the day, and by the time the sales team sees the name, the person has already talked to two competitors. The new Facebook Marketing module in HellouOne removes that gap. Leads from Facebook Lead Ads forms now land in your HellouOne contact list on their own, labelled and ready to work.

What the module does

Once you connect your Facebook ad account and Page to HellouOne, every submission on a Facebook Lead Ads form becomes a contact automatically. The module keeps the import clean and predictable:

  • Each lead is created as a contact with the fields from the form mapped to the contact fields you choose.

  • Every contact carries the labels you configure per form, so your team can filter and route them without guessing where they came from.

  • Leads are deduplicated on the Facebook lead id. If Meta delivers the same lead twice, you still get one contact.

  • An hourly reconciliation compares what Meta reports against what HellouOne received and fills in anything that was missed.

  • A daily form sync picks up new or changed lead forms, so a campaign launched by your agency shows up without any manual setup.

A dashboard built around the campaign

The module adds a Facebook Marketing area to the HellouOne dashboard with five pages: an overview, campaigns, leads, lead forms and connection. The overview shows how many leads arrived and from which forms. The campaigns page lists what is running. The leads page is the working list, where you can open a lead and jump to its contact. The lead forms page is where each form is configured, and the connection page is where the ad account and Page are linked and where you can see whether the sync is healthy.

The lead-form editor deserves its own mention. For every form you can switch the follow-up on or off, pick the inbox the resulting conversations should land in, choose the WhatsApp template used for the first message, map the form's fields to contact fields, and attach labels. All of that lives in one place, so a change to a form takes a minute rather than a ticket to whoever set up the integration.

LIA knows about your leads

LIA, the AI assistant inside the HellouOne admin, can read the Facebook Marketing overview, the list of leads, the connected ad accounts and the ad insights. That means you can ask LIA how many leads came in from a given form this week, or which ad account a lead belongs to, and get an answer without opening the module. LIA reads this data; it does not change your campaign settings on its own.

Getting started

The module ships with a guided tour that walks you through connecting the account, picking a form and setting up its first follow-up, and there is a help-center article for the details. A reasonable first setup is: connect the account, open the lead forms page, map the two or three fields your sales team actually uses, add a label with the campaign name, and leave the follow-up off until you have watched a few leads arrive and you are happy with the mapping.

Availability

Facebook Marketing is rolling out gradually behind a feature flag, so you may see it appear in your dashboard over the coming days rather than all at once. It is included from the Growth tier upward, including the No-AI and No-Voice variants of Growth. It is not available during the free trial. If you are on Growth or above and do not see the module yet, it is on its way; if you are on a lower plan, upgrading to Growth is the path to it.

Why this matters for teams in LatAm

Facebook remains one of the main lead sources for small and mid-sized businesses across Mexico, Colombia, and the rest of the region, and most of those leads expect a reply on WhatsApp. Having the lead arrive as a contact in the same tool where your WhatsApp conversations already live closes the loop. The next post in this series covers the automatic WhatsApp first touch that can go out to each of those leads, and the one after that covers the ad insights that show which campaigns produce actual conversations.
